Installation:
Unpack the folder "FMFormation's Database Update" to "My Documents/Sports Interactive/Football Manager 2008/db/".

General Changes:

* Thousands of transfers and loans processed. Also retirements, new contracts etc etc.
* Staff changes. Hired managers, resigned manager, new chairmen etc. etc.
* Renewed contracts of many players and managers.
* All English transfers also have correct contract.
* Loans which ended have been removed.
* Old injuries removed and a couple of new injuries added.
* Promotion/relegation done for the countries whos competition ended in the winter!
* Extensive scouting for many countries like Australia, Belgium, Croatia, England, France, Germany, Holland, Ireland, Italy, N. Ireland, Norway, Poland, Scotland, Spain, USA and more.

You should back up your current database.
