INTRODUCTION:
This tactic was made to emulate Jurgen Klopp's Gegenpressing (pressing against in English) tactic. This involves heavy pressing on the opponents to constantly force them into making mistakes and retrieve the ball back, it gives the opponent team no breathing space and physically challenges the opponent players for the entire match.
You can expect your team to press hard against the opponent, forcing them to take long shots or do bad passes as well as forcibly tackling the ball away from them.
REQUIREMENTS:
Striker: Get a striker that is strong, tall and able to head the ball well.
Wingers: Fast wingers with high stamina and work rate would work well here.
Midfield: Generally, the midfield should contain players with good passing, tackling stats, but the most important stats are work rate, stamina and teamwork, these are the key players for the tactic to work so make sure you fulfil this.
Centre backs: Have one centre back that is good technically (good at passing, dribbling and generally bringing the ball up the pitch) and have the other centre back to be a strong wall (good tackling, height, heading and strength). This is makes a dynamic link-up, leaving no weak areas as these two centre backs both cover each others weaknesses.
Full backs: Make sure your full backs would be good at crossing, they will be doing it a lot. They will cross to the striker who with his good heading and height, will ensure a goal would be scored.
Goalkeeper: Any will do.

THE END RESULT:
If you use this tactic, make it fully fluid and have the right players with the right stats in each position, then you will see fast tempo RUTHLESS and RECKLESS football that will even draw criticism from the press (due to its aggressive nature). Expect goals. Also make sure to rotate your players as this is a physically demanding tactic, so stamina will be drained heavily a match at the cost of successful goal scoring and defending.
