Premier League - now splits into 40 county based sub-divisions.
Championship - 19 second tier sub-divisions, promotion and relegation based on correct counties.
League One - 5 third tier sub-divisions
League Two & National League - 1 sub-division each for Greater London.
Each county has a League Cup.
FA Cup included, only for top tier clubs (just over 1000 teams).
Leasing.com Trophy included for teams outside of top tier + Herefordshire & Northumberland as were too small for League Cups.

Scotland
Premiership - 13 region based sub-divisions.
Championship - 6 second tier sub-divisions.
League One - 3 third tier sub divisions.
Each county has a League Cup.
FA Cup included.
Challenge Cup included for teams outside of top tier.

Wales & Northern Ireland
Wales top tier has 8 county based sub-divisions + lower tiers.
Northern Ireland top tier has 7 county based sub-divisions + lower tiers.
All have League Cups + FA Cup.

British Territories (taken over Saint Martin)
1 tier sub-divisions for Isle of Man, Guernsey, Jersey + 7 other UK overseas territories with overall cup competition.

Also includes databases for Gibraltar, Bermuda, British Virgin Islands, Cayman Islands, Anguilla, Turks & Caicos Islands & Montserrat.

Brexit Champions League for all top tier champions.
Empire League for all top tier runners-up.
Cup Winners Cup for all FA Cup winners (mini-tournament in January).

Also includes amended UEFA/CONCACAF/International competitions with UK teams/territories removed or set into own qualifying in case of World Cup
