Instructions:
Create a folder in your Skins folder called FMNation Skin and then extract the files from FMNATION skin.7z into that folder. Then load the skin in-game as per usual.

A gorgeous skin from our friends at FMNation, a Korean fansite dedicated to Football Manager.
I'm using DF11 Faces in the screenshots, Cutout Faces will look a lot better.
