• England arrived in Israel on Sunday having enjoyed a pre-tournament camp in Belek, Turkey.

• Midfielder Ince said those few days acted as good preparation for the conditions in Israel, adding that "we've as good a chance as anyone of winning".

• Manager Pearce has a fully fit squad to choose from with only Wilfried Zaha not taking part in full training on Monday morning at the squad's base in Caesarea.

• Having helped Crystal Palace FC into the Premier League via last week's play-off final, the winger – who is joining Manchester United FC this summer – completed his own training session but is not a major doubt for Wednesday's opener against Italy.


Italy news
• Italy won 5-0 against AS Varese's youth side on Friday at Milanello. Alessandro Florenzi, Mattia Destro, Paloschi, Fausto Rossi and Lorenzo Insigne scored the goals and Devis Mangia's squad travelled to Tel Aviv the following day.

• On Sunday, midfielder Luca Marrone (thigh) started to train with the Azzurrini, and while attacking midfielder Insigne picked up a little knock to the knee, he said on Monday that "the problem is getting better, I will see today and tomorrow, then I will decide on my availability with the coach".

• Empoli FC duo Riccardo Saponara and Vasco Regini joined the squad on Monday, after their club's Serie B play-off defeat by AS Livorno Calcio.

Netherlands news
• The Jong Oranje enjoyed a day off in Haifa on Sunday after an open training session on Saturday evening. They spent some time on the beach although Kevin Strootman, Memphis Depay, Stefan de Vrij and Bruno Martins Indi could not resist playing a game of beach football.

• The Dutch had a final training session in Haifa on Monday morning, before heading off to Tel Aviv by bus.


Germany news
• The Germany squad was finally complete after Antonio Rüdiger joined the team on Monday. The centre-back played for VfB Stuttgart in their 3-2 defeat by FC Bayern München in Saturday's German Cup final and linked up with his team-mates on Monday morning.

• The rest of the Germany party had arrived in Tel Aviv just before midnight on Sunday following two training camps in Bavaria and Cyprus.

• Coach Rainer Adrion has all 23 players fit and available, although there was a scare during Monday's training session when midfielder Patrick Herrmann received treatment from the medical staff because of a hip problem. "It still hurts, but I will manage," the Mönchengladbach winger said.

Israel news
• The Israel squad is free of injury as Munas Dabbur, Orr Barouch and Edi Gotlib are all over the setbacks that sidelined them for the back end of the domestic season.


Norway news
• The squad were put through their paces one last time in Oslo before travelling to Israel on Saturday.

• There are no fresh injury concerns for coach Tor Ole Skullerud since AZ Alkmaar midfielder Markus Henriksen replaced defender Alexander Groven, ruled out with a thigh injury on Monday.

• Valon Berisha, Joshua King, Håvard Nordtveit and Henriksen are part of the senior squad to face Albania in a FIFA World Cup qualifier on Friday, therefore missing Norway's Group B opener.

• Russia arrived in Israel on 29 May and have been training in Bat Yam.

• Russia have lost forward Aleksandr Kokorin to injury and named FC Dinamo Moskva's Andrei Panyukov as his replacement.

• Alan Dzagoev and Smolov have been called up to the Russia senior squad for the 2014 FIFA World Cup qualifier against Portugal on 7 June and will miss the opener against Spain before travelling to Israel.

• Russia played their only pre-tournament friendly on 3 June and beat third-tier Israeli side Maccabi Ironi 7-0 thanks to first-half strikes from Pavel Yakovlev and Cheryshev, two goals from Maksim Grigoryev and Sergei Petrov's second-half hat-trick.

• Defender Georgi Schennikov and striker Andrei Panyukov did not play in the friendly due to minor injuries, while third-choice goalkeeper Stanislav Kritsuk missed the game with flu. Schennikov and Kritsuk joined the main group in Tuesday's evening training session while Panyukov was present but trained on his own.
