bạn down cái background đó về rùi làm hteo thế này nè: cho vào đường dẫn C:\Documents and Settings\User name\My Documents\Sports Interactive\Football Manager 2009\graphics\pictures\backgrounds (folder nào ko có thì tạo mới)
vào game, chọn options --> preferences --> display & sound tick always reload skin on confirm, show background pictures, bỏ tick use skin cache, confirm
